Case: Brushed and polished Zirconium Oxide  ceramic, round case 44mm in diameter. Exhibition case back engraved 'Dark Side of the Moon'. Case is flawless. 

Dial: Black zirconium oxide ceramic dial with black hands and two ceramic subdials at 3 and 9 o'clock for 30 seconds and 12 hour. Luminescent hands and hour markers. Date display at 6 o'clock aperture. Black on Black effect.

Movement: Caliber 9300 Automatic self-winding chronograph movement with column wheel mechanism and Co-Axial Escapement. Silicon balance-spring on free sprung-balance, 2 barrels mounted in series,. 60 hours power reserve.

As a follow up to its very successful launch of the ceramic  Speedmaster "Dark side of the moon", in 2015, Omega introduced a small collection of four different new Speedmasters with ceramic case and dial in different combo to be included in the Dark Side of the moon collection. 

With its striking Ton on Ton all black look, the "Black Black" is the most unique watch in the ceramic Speedmaster professional collection. A cool factor watch that gives a  unique low key attitude approach to an already iconic watch.  While legibility would seem to be an issue, this is not the case here, also, at night the hands and markers glow in a super-luminova. This is a watch for the collector who wants to get away from the herd.
